Disodium 3-hydroxy-4-nitrosonaphthalene-2,7-disulfonate (525-05-3) is the most sensitive determination of trace cobalt reagents used for determination of cobalt and potassium-sensitive reagents.
The R salt dissolved in water, by adding concentrated hydrochloric acid, cooling to 5 ℃. In the intense stirring, slowly stirring, slowly dropping pre-cooled sodium nitrite solution. Add complete, continue stirring 15min. Filtration, washed with impurities, coupled with ethanol, washed once that is very pure.
