Basic Yellow 28 Specification

The IUPAC name of Basic Yellow 28 is 4-methoxy-N-methyl-N-[(E)-(1,3,3-trimethylindol-1-ium-2-yl)methylideneamino]aniline; methyl sulfate. With the CAS registry number 54060-92-3, it is also named as 2-(((4-Methoxyphenyl)methylhydrazono)methyl)-1,3,3-trimethyl-3H-indolium methyl sulfate; Astrazon Golden Yellow GL. The product's categorie is dyes and pigments. It is orange powder which is easily soluble in water.
