Uses of this chemical: The Benzenemethan-d2-ol could react with phosphorochloridic acid diethyl ester, and obtain the Diethyl phenyl[D2]methyl phosphate. This reaction needs the reagent of 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone, s-BuLi, and the solvent of tetrahydrofuran and cyclohexane. The yield is 75 %. In addition, this reaction should be taken for 5 minutes at the temperature of  -78 °C.
