The invention relates to a disperse dye special for an anhydrous dyeing system, preparation and application thereof. The preparation process comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out diazotization reaction on an amino-containing aniline compound to obtain diazonium salt; and carrying out coupling reaction on a coupling component and the diazonium salt to prepare the disperse dye special for the anhydrous dyeing system. According to the invention, the prepared disperse dye special for the anhydrous dyeing system is novel in structure, the molecular structure contains two cyano groups at the same time, the solubility of dye molecules in the anhydrous dyeing system can be obviously reduced, the disperse dye is added into decamethylcyclopentasiloxane while a polyester product is added, a heating dyeing method is adopted for dyeing, a product obtained after dyeing has excellent lifting power performance and deep dyeing performance, when the dye concentration is 0.9% (o.w.f), the Integ value of the product obtained after dyeing reaches 28 or above, the dye uptake is 91% or above, and the color fastness to washing is 4-5 levels; and the disperse dye has excellent deep dyeing performance and color fastness, and the preparation method is simple and easy to popularize.
