The present specification provides a carbazole-based compound represented by chemical formula 1, and an organic light-emitting device comprising the same. According to one embodiment of the present specification, the compound may be used as a material for an organic material layer in an organic light-emitting device to improve efficiency, lower driving voltage, and/or improve lifetime characteristics of the device.
