SOLID PHASE SYNTHESIS OF DIRECTLY LINKED PEPTIDE-OLIGODEOXYNUCLEOTIDE HYBRIDS USING STANDARD SYNTHESIS PROTOCOLS
We desribed a general methodology for the solid phase synthesis of directly linked peptide-oligonucleotide hybrids using a sarcosine-modified controlled pore glass (CPG) support and employing phosphoramidite chemistry for the oligonucleotide synthesis and
