- Preparation method of 2-oxazolylmethylamine heterocyclic compound
-
The invention relates to a preparation method of a 2-oxazolylmethylamine heterocyclic compound. The preparation method comprises the following steps: reacting 1H-1,2,3-triazole with chloroacetyl chloride under the action of DIPEA, and carrying out heating for conversion into 2-chloromethyloxazole; adding a product of the previous step into a reaction system of di-tert-butyl iminodicarboxylate andsodium hydride in batches to form 2-[(di-tert-butyloxycarbonylamino)methyl]oxazole; and dissolving 2-[(di-tert-butyloxycarbonylamino)methyl]oxazole in a methanol solution of hydrogen chloride, carrying out concentration after a complete of reaction, adding methyl tert-butyl ether, and performing filtering and drying to obtain the 2-oxazolylmethylamine heterocyclic compound. The invention providesan effective process route for preparing the 2-oxazolylmethylamine heterocyclic compound.
