Metal-free catalytic nucleophilic substitution of propargylic alcohols
Organic acids such as PTS efficiently catalyze direct nucleophilic substitutions of the hydroxy groups of propargylic alcohols with a large variety of carbon- and heteroatom-centered nucleophiles.
