Synthesis of Novel Isoxazolinyl Substituted Imidazopyridine C-Nucleoside Analogs
Isoxazoline rings have been successfully connected to imidazopyridine derivatives via carbon-carbon bonds for the synthesis of new C-nucleoside analogs 7 and 8.These two isomers, possessing altered positions of nitrogen and oxygen atoms, can be formed through dipolar cycloaddition reactions of the appropriate olefins and nitrile oxides.
