The subject of the present application is a method for the preparation and use of an agent for the treatment of keratinous material, in particular human hair, comprising the following steps: (1) Mixing one or more organic C1-C6 alkoxy silanes with water,(2) optionally, partial, or complete removal from the reaction mixture of the C1-C6 alcohols liberated by the reaction in step (1),(3) if necessary, addition of one or more cosmetic ingredients,(4) Filling of the preparation into a packaging unit,(5) Storage of the preparation in the packaging unit for a period of at least about 5 days; and(6) Application of the preparation on the keratinous material.

- Synthesis method of N, N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane

The invention belongs to the field of production and manufacturing of silane coupling agents, and particularly discloses a synthesis method of N, N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane. The N, N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxy silane is synthesized by selecting dimethylacrylamine and trimethoxyhydrosilane as raw materials in the presence of the catalyst and the cocatalyst, so that the synthesis process can overcome the problems of insecurity in use, storage and transportation of dimethylamine and the like, and can be used for synthesizing the N, N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane in the presence of the catalyst and the cocatalyst. The production reaction is prevented from being carried out under a high-pressure condition, so that energy waste is avoided; the reaction conditions are mild and pollution-free, no hydrochloride is generated, and the whole production and preparation process is simple and easy to control; and in addition, a novel synthesis process is designed, the yield of the prepared N, N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane product is 90% or above, the product purity reaches 99%, and therefore the N, N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane has a certain application prospect in the field of silane coupling agent production and manufacturing.

The invention provides an organic silicon functional monomer with quaternary ammonium cations and a salicylaldehyde unit capable of being grafted on or grafted to a silica gel surface. The quaternary ammonium cations and the salicylaldehyde unit can be introduced to the surface of a silicone ball by grafting reaction of the organic silicon functional monomer with the quaternary ammonium cations and the salicylaldehyde unit provided by the invention on the silica gel surface. Therefore, the silica gel has the cation and anion exchange characteristic and the characteristics of selectively chelating and adsorbing heavy metal ions.

The hydrosilylation is one of the most important methods for the synthesis of organosilicon compounds. Karstedt's catalyst [Ptn(H2C=CHSiMe2OSiMe2CH=CH2)m] is a kind of platinum catalyst which is widely used in the hydrosilylation. In this paper, we studied the catalytic activity of Karstedt's catalyst for the hydrogenation of olefins and especially aminated alkenes with trimethoxysilane and triethoxysilane, and demonstrated the excellent performance in terms of the yield and selectivity.

- Method for solvent-free preparation of N, N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane

The invention discloses a method for solvent-free preparation of N, N-dimethyl-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane. According to the invention, dimethylamine and 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane are heated in an autoclave in a molar ratio of (3-6):1, nitrogen is introduced to react for 6-8 hours, then an exhaust gas is introduced to the other autoclave to absorb excessive dimethylamine, the temperature is lowered to be 20 DEG C, and solid dimethylamine hydrochloride is filtered out and leached by an N, N-dimethylformamide solvent for one time. A filtrate is decompressed and concentrated to recover the N, N-dimethylformamide solvent and then rectified to obtain the product. In the reaction process of the invention, no solvent is used and the nitrogen is introduced to keep the reaction performed under a certain pressure, so that the reaction time is greatly shortened, the excessive exhaust gas of a low boiling point raw material, namely dimethylamine (at normal temperature of 7 DEG C), in a use process is effectively reused and controlled to protect the environment, and the content of the product yield is 99% or above.

The syntheses of the zwitterionic (molecular) spirocyclic λ5Si- silicates 7 and 8 (SiO5 skeletons) and 10-12 (SiO4C skeletons) are described. These chiral compounds contain a pentacoordinate (formally negatively charged) silicon atom and a tetracoordinate (formally positively charged) nitrogen atom. The pairs 7/11 and 8/12 are isoelectronic O/CH2 analogues and 10-12 represent a series of homologous compounds containing different alkylene spacers that connect the ate and onium center of these switterions. Compound 7, 8, and 10-12 were studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, solution-state (1H, 13C, 29Si) and solid-state (29Si CP/MAS) NMR spectroscopy, and VT 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The experimental investigations were completed by ab initio studies of the related anionic λ5Si-silicate 13.
