The invention relates to a preparation method of 9,9-bis[4-(2,3 epoxy propoxy ethyoxyl)phenyl] fluorene. The preparation method specifically comprises the step of enabling raw materials 9,9-bis[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]fluorene and epichlorohydrin to react in the presence of sodium hydroxide and anhydrous calcium chloride. The preparation method of 9,9-bis[4-(2,3 epoxy propoxy ethyoxyl)phenyl] fluorene, provided by the invention, has the advantages of not using organic solvents, having fewer side reactions during the reaction, being high in yield, simple in operation, environmentally friendly and the like, thereby being suitable for industrial production.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce episulfide compounds. SOLUTION: In the presence of a reaction aid comprising crown ether, an epoxy compound is made to react with a sulfur-containing compound to produce an episulfide compound. The reaction aid may further contain a porous adsorbent (particularly molecular sieves). The crown ether may have the 18-crown-6 skeleton. The epoxy compound may be an epoxy compound having a fluorene skeleton. The sulfur-containing compound may be thioureas.
