- Synthesis method of trinonylphenol phosphite ester

The invention discloses a synthesis method of trinonylphenol phosphite ester. The method specifically comprises the following steps of firstly mixing triphenyl phosphite and photoinitiator and introducing nitrogen for replacement, and then reducing pressure, heating up to 120 DEG C and dehydrating for 30min; secondly controlling the pressure of the reaction system at 0.1 to 0.6MPa at 130 to 180 DEG C, and irradiating the reaction system for 1h under an ultraviolet light source with wavelength at 315 to 400nm; lastly cooling and reducing the pressure to remove nonylene which is not reacted, and lowering the temperature to 40 to 50 DEG C continuously so as to obtain the trinonylphenol phosphite ester. By using ultraviolet light catalytic reaction, the synthesis method disclosed by the invention is mild in conditions, easy to control, safe and convenient to operate, friendly to human, equipment and environment, and high in feedstock conversion and product yield; three wastes and by-products are not produced; and the quality indicators of the products are excellent.
