- Production process of hydroxyethyl/propylethylenediamine
-
The invention provides a production process of hydroxyethyl/propyl ethylenediamine, which comprises the following steps: A) conveying ethylenediamine and epoxy ethyl/propane to a mixing unit through a continuous conveying unit for mixing to obtain a mixed solution; b) conveying the mixed solution to a reaction unit for reaction to obtain a reaction solution; the reaction temperature is 80-200 DEG C) conveying the reaction liquid to a rectification unit, and separating the unreacted raw material ethylenediamine to obtain the hydroxyethyl/propyl ethylenediamine product. According to the production method of hydroxyethyl/propylethylenediamine provided by the invention, ethylene oxide/propane and ethylenediamine are mixed and react in a liquid state, so that the volume ratio of ethylene oxide/propane and ethylenediamine is reduced, the production efficiency is remarkably improved, and energy waste caused by vaporization heat absorption before ethylene oxide/propane participates in the reaction is avoided.

- NUCLEOPHILIC CLEAVAGE AND FORMATION OF SATURATED HETEROCYCLES. XII. REACTIVITY OF SMALL HETEROCYCLES TOWARD AMINOLYSIS AND HYDROLYSIS
-
The cleavage of four-membered saturated heterocycles proceeds via a more product-like transition state than that of three-membered rings.General acid catalysis is characteristic of oxygen heterocycles, but in the case of nitrogen heterocycles catalysis is specific. The reactivity of amines in the cleavage of azetidines is linearly dependent on their pKa values, primary and secondary amines comprising separate reaction series.
