Method for preparing pyrrolopyrimidine hydrochloride
The invention discloses a synthetic process for pyrrolopyrimidine hydrochloride 6,7-dihydro-5H-pyrrolo[3,4-d] pyrimidine hydrochloride. Furo[3,4-d] pyrimidine-5,7-diketone is used as a starting raw material and is subjected to lactamization, reduction and salification to obtain a target product. The compound is an important medical intermediate.
