The invention discloses a synthesizing method of triglycidyl tribenzoate, and belongs to the field of organic synthesis. The synthesizing method comprises the following steps of (1) using trimelliticacid and epichlorohydrin as raw materials, using quaternary ammonium salt as a catalyst, using a protic solvent and/or a lewis acid metal salt as additives, and generating a chlorohydrin intermediate;(2) enabling the generated chlorohydrin intermediate to synthesize the triglycidyl tribenzoate under the functions of organic solvent and inorganic strong base. The synthesizing method has the advantages that by adding the additives into the esterification reaction, the yield rate of esterification reaction is increased, and the generation amount of byproducts is reduced, namely that the amount of byproducts in the esterification reaction can be obviously reduced by adding a proper amount of protic solvent, and the yield rate of esterification reaction can be increased by adding a proper amount of lewis acid; the purity of the obtained triglycidyl tribenzoate crude product can be effectively increased, the difficulty in subsequent purification is decreased, the operation of the two stepsis simple, the post-treatment is rapid and convenient, and the synthesizing method is suitable for the industrialized production.

SOLUTION: Glycidyl ester is produced by the ester exchange reaction between ester and glycidol in the presence of a polystyrene-carrying quaternary ammonium salt.
