Product Description of High Shear Emulsifier

A farfly in batch high shear mixer offers a full range of mixer for production scale. The design exceeds the high quality standards necessary to achieve optimal process results and withstand the rigors of difficult processes that require high shear mixing. The high shear mixer doesn't simply mix. It emulsifies, homogenises, solubilises, suspends, disperses and disintegrates solids. Each mixer, with its precision-engineered rotor/stator workhead, far outperforms conventional mixers, improving quality, product consistency and process efficiency.

Mounting about this machine:
All mixers can be supplied with either a rectangular or circular flange for mounting on the vessel. Smaller models can be mounted on specially constructed mobile hydraulic floor stands.

Where sealing is required, lip seals and single or double mechanical shaft seals can be supplied.
