First, the foods which can increase the content of tryptophan inside the human body can help men fall asleep quickly. The high content of tryptophan inside the human body can be transformed into 5-hydroxytryptamine which can make people become sleepy. However, the content of tryptophan will be seriously decreased, which can affect the sleep of the human body. Therefore, people can eat the foods like bread in the evening to increase the content of tryptophan for themselves.
Second, the foods containing epiphysis like tomatoes and bananas can improve the sleep. The quality of the sleep keeps a close relationship with the secretion of epiphysis in the human brain. In the evening, the darkness can stimulate the formation and secretion of epiphysis which can make people become sleepy though the blood circulation. When the dawn comes, the secretion of epiphysis will be decreased and people can wake up from the sleep. During the process of growth, the secretion of epiphysis inside the human body is always decreased. In order to deal with insomnia, it is necessary for people to supplement epiphysis.
Third, the foods which can adjust the nerve can also improve the insomnia for the human body. The long-term lack of zinc and copper can affect the metabolism of energy of the brain cells and the adjustment of the nervous system. Thus, the internal secretion will be forced to be hectic, which can easily cause insomnia. In order to improve the neurasthenia and treat insomnia, people can increase the intake of the foods containing zinc and copper, such as fish, lean meat and shrimp.
Fourth, the foods which can resist caffeine can also help men deal with insomnia. It is known to all that tea can seriously affect the sleep for the human body. If men drink a lot of tea during the day, they can use wild jujubes to make tea before they go to sleep. This kind of tea can decrease the content of norepinephrine in the blood so as to improve the poor sleep caused by caffeine.
In order to deal with insomnia effectively, men should increase the intake of the foods mentioned above in daily life.
