    1: Baked wheat cake and deep-fried dough sticks
    Baked wheat cake and deep-fried dough sticks are the most traditional breakfast for Chinese people. In fact, these two kinds of food contain a high content of fat and calories. What's more, after being fired in the high-temperature oil, they would absorb quite a number of oil, and the nutrients will be destroyed. What's worse, it even may produce carcinogen. As a result, it is unhealthy to eat these foods for a long-term.

    2: American breakfast
    Many office ladies like to go to McDonald's, KFC, and 7-eleven to buy breakfast such as hamburgers, fried chicken wings, French fries, etc. Although these western foods are very delicious, they contain much more heat than Chinese breakfast. If you eat these foods as breakfast for a long-term, they not only will accumulate excessive fat in your body and make you fat, but will also fail to satisfy the nutritional needs of the body.

    3: Snacks
    Many office workers will prepare some snacks at home or in the company, such as cookies, chocolate, and so on. Some of them even eat them for breakfast. In fact, it is very unhealthy. Most of these snacks belongs to dry food, which are not easy to be digested and absorbed by the body. In addition, the main raw material of these snacks is grain. Although it can provide the energy in a short time, it will soon make you feel hungry again, and the level of blood sugar will obviously decrease. What's more, eating snacks at breakfast will easily cause malnutrition.

    4: Fruits or fruit juices
    In order to lose weight, a lot of women often take fruits or fruit juices as breakfast. Fruits contain a lot of fiber and vitamins (such as vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, etc.), which can clear the intestines and expel the toxins out of the body, thus playing an important role in weight loss. However, the main component of fruits is monosaccharide, which can be absorbed directly, and provide the energy needed by the body. However, the energy provided by these foods is limited, and cannot satisfy the nutritional needs during the whole morning. In addition, eating fruits can easily make you feel hungry, which will make you take in more heat.
