    The first one is to eat too much for dinner. According to the medical research, after people eat too much during the dinner, a kind of special substance in the brain can be increased, which can induce the formation of atherosclerosis. If people always eat too much for dinner, both atherosclerosis and the premature aging of brain can be caused.

    The second one is to refuse breakfast. The lack of breakfast can decrease the normal level of blood sugar inside the human body and the supply of nutrients for the brain can be stopped. In addition, the quality of breakfast keeps a close relationship with the development of brain. For example, if children have breakfast containing high protein, the smooth thinking can be prolonged. However, if children always eat vegetables for breakfast, the energy of thinking can be decreased rapidly.

    The third one is to smoke cigarettes. The long-term smoking can shrink the brain tissue to cause senile dementia. It can also cause cerebral arteriosclerosis to affect the blood supply for the brain. The nerve cells can even be degenerated to cause encephalatrophy.

    The fourth one is to sleep inadequately. Sleeping is the main way for people to relieve fatigue of brain. The inadequate sleep can accelerate the aging of brain cells.

    The fifth one is to eat sweet foods excessively. The development of the human brain should be supported by adequate protein and vitamins. If people always eat sweet foods, the appetite can be affected to decrease the absorption of protein and vitamins. Thus, the malnutrition can be caused and the development of brain can be affected.

    The sixth one is to keep silent. It is known to all that language is managed by one certain part in the brain. Therefore, speaking and talking can accelerate the development of brain and strengthen the functions. If people always keep silent, the brain can not be trained.

    The seventh one is to ignore the air pollution. The human brain always needs a large amount of oxygen. The absorption of adequate oxygen can improve the work efficiency of brain. It is necessary for people to keep the working environment clean. The absorption of dirty substances like formaldehyde can seriously endanger the health of brain.
