  • According to the medical research, nearly 300 million people are suffering from obesity all over the world. Obesity can be caused by various factors, such as unhealthy diet, high pressure and irregular lifestyle. 

    There is an inevitable relationship between unhealthy diet and obesity. If people always eat high-calorie foods like dessert and fast food, they can be rapidly troubled by obesity. This is because people absorb excessive calories and they can not consume these extra calories in time. High pressure of work and life can seriously affect digestive system and disturb digestive functions. Irregular lifestyle can disturb metabolism in human body and increase the burdens of stomach and intestine. Therefore, unhealthy diet, high pressure and irregular lifestyle can induce obesity.

    In order to overcome obesity, people have to correct all the bad habits and learn to release high pressure. First, people should form a healthy diet. They can use fresh vegetables, fruits, lean meat, eggs and fish to take the place of dessert, processed food and fast food and use dairy products, fruit juice and boiled water to take the place of beverages containing carbonic acid. If people always eat a lot of dessert, the excessive secretion of insulin in human body can be induced to transform glucose into fat. If people frequently eat processed food, they can not absorb adequate vitamin C. Therefore, people must stop eating unhealthy foods if they want to lose weight effectively. At the same time, people should supplement adequate and balanced nutrients like protein and vitamin E to prevent various diseases probably caused by weight loss. They can often eat fresh fruits to supplement balanced nutrients like vitamins and mineral substances, decrease the burdens of stomach and intestines and remove toxins from their bodies. Second, people should take exercises frequently. Taking exercises can help people improve physical constitution and mental mood and consume extra heat in human body. People can walk or jog for some minutes after they have dinner in the evening. Third, people must form a regular lifestyle to maintain normal metabolism and prevent functional disorders of internal organs.

    Therefore, in order to overcome obesity successfully, people should first find out true reasons of causing obesity. Then, they should make scientific plans of weight loss. During the process of weight loss, they must give up all the unhealthy foods and beverages and form a scientific lifestyle. What’s more, they must always be optimistic.
