    Second, we should completely clean our skin before we go to bed. It is known to all that the night is the best time of skin repair. Therefore, we must make full use of the night to improve our skin. The first step is to clean our skin and remove cosmetics completely. We can frequently eat fresh vegetables and fruits to supplement essential nutrients. For example, we can get a plenty of vitamin E by eating vegetables to resist oxidation, enhance skin elasticity and defer the aging of skin.
