As one of essential nutrients for the human body, potassium can effectively help people maintain the normal functions of the nerves and muscles. When women lack potassium, the most obvious symptom is extreme weariness. When the deficiency of potassium is rather severe, symptoms like arrhythmia and dysfunction of cardiovascular system can be caused. When women sweat too much, they should not immediately drink excessive boiled water or sugar water, which can reduce the content of blood potassium.
