tion (2 days in the dark, 4 °C) plates were transferred into the
growth chamber (24 °C, dark). Three days after transfer, seedlings
were photographed and hypocotyl elongation was scored using
Scion image software (Scion Corp., Frederick, MD, USA). At least
10 hypocotyls were measured for each genotype.
