equipped with a mechanical stirrer, a thermometer,
and a capillary tube for gas inlet. The flask was purged
with argon for 30 min and placed on a siliconeꢀoil bath
preliminary heated to 100°C. The temperature was
increased to 140°C over 1 h. After 4.5 h, the mixture
was poured in a thin stream into water. The precipiꢀ
tated polymer was washed with distilled water until
neutral pH, kept in aqueous ammonia solution for 1 h
