Crystal Structure Determination
A suitable single crystal of compound 2 (ctculig1b), was mounted
on a glass fiber. The crystallographic data were collected using
an Oxford Diffraction Gemini "A" diffractometer with a CCD
detector at 130 K, with lMoKα = 0.71073. The unit cell parameters
were determined with a set of three runs of 15 frames (1° in ω). A
double pass method of scanning was used to exclude noise.[61]
The collected frames were integrated using an orientation matrix
determined from the narrower frame scans. The final cell
constants were determined by global refinement; collected data
were corrected for absorbance by using an analytical numeric
absorption correction which uses a multifaceted crystal model
based on expressions of Laue symmetry with equivalent
reflections.[62] Structure resolution and refinement were carried
out using SHELXT-2014[63] and SHELXL-2014[64] programs.
WinGX v2020.1[65] software was used to prepare the material for
publication. Full-matrix least-squares refinement was carried out
by minimizing (Fo2 – Fc2)2. All non-hydrogen atoms were refined
anisotropically. H atoms attached to C atoms were placed in
geometrically idealized positions and refined as riding on their
parent atoms, with C–H = 0.95 – 0.99 Å and with Uiso(H) =
1.2Ueq(C) for aromatic and methylene groups. The
crystallographic data for the structure is presented in Tables S1-
supplementary crystallographic data for this paper. These data
are provided free of charge by the joint Cambridge
Crystallographic Data Centre and Fachinformationszentrum
