The identification of [99mTc]MB1143 was conducted via its exact mass on
an orbitrap mass spectrometer with electrospray ionization (Exactive,
Thermo Fisher Scientific, Bremen, Germany) using the following
conditions: scan range: 1600-1650; resolution, ultra-high (100,000 @1 Hz),
AGC target, balanced (106), Maximum inject time, 1,000 ms. Data were
acquired and evaluated with Xcalibur 2.1 software (Thermo Fisher

Quantification was carried out using isobaric dilution analysis as
introduced recently.[22] Briefly, an elemental Ru standard was spiked into
the Tc tracer solution resulting in a change of the isotopic ratio of m/z=99
and m/z=101. This change was converted into a concentration considering
and compensating for different responses. Thallium was used to
compensate mass bias effects and the detectors dead time was
determined using indium calibrations solutions.
