well accommodated in the AKR1B10 active site. Moreo-
ver, it seems that accommodation of this compound in the
mentioned receptor is mainly attributed to crucial hydro-
gen-bonding interactions with key amino acids. Based on
Lipinski rule of 5, we can predict high probability of suc-
cess to drug likeness for these molecules. These molecules
shall serve as useful “leads” for further development of
novel anticancer agents.
