(s, 1H), 9.40–10.50 (br, 2H).
5,7-Dihydroxy-4-methyl-2H-chromen-2-one 3f:[9a] 1H NMR (400 MHz,
DMSO-d6): d (ppm) 2.44 (s, 3H), 3.90–4.30 (br, s, 2H), 5.90 (s, 1H), 6.25
(d, J ¼ 1.8 Hz, 1H), 6.35 (d, J ¼ 1.8 Hz, 1H).
7-Hydroxy-4,5-dimethyl-2H-chromen-2-one 3 g:[9a] 1H NMR (400 MHz,
CDCl3): d (ppm) 2.24 (s, 3H), 2.50 (s, 3H), 3.34 (s, 1H), 6.00 (s, 1H), 6.54
(s, 1H), 6.57 (s, 1H).
4-Methyl-2H-benzo[h]chromen-2-one 3 h:[9a] 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3):
d (ppm) 2.49 (s, 3H), 6.47 (s, 1H), 7.67–7.82 (m, 4H), 7.95–8.15 (m, 1H),
8.32–8.35 (m, 1H).
