The structures were solved by direct methods by use of the SIR92
program[32] and full-matrix, least-squares refinements on F2 were
performed by use of the SHELXL-97 program.[33] In all cases the
heavy atoms were refined anisotropically. The hydrogen atoms were
included at fixed distances with fixed displacement parameters
from their host atoms. Figures were drawn with ORTEP-3 for Win-
dows.[34] CCDC-262063 to -262066 contain the supplementary
