identificado como factores independientes de predicción de reducción de
la supervivencia en el seguimiento, los siguientes: apoplejía

0.002). La tasa actuarial de no reoperación a 5
años fue 85.4%. Múltiples factores todavía influyen sobre la supervivencia
temprana y tardía luego de cirugía por disección aórtica tipo A. La
disfunción renal preoperatoria afecta tanto el resultado temprano como el
tardío. Le evolución postoperatoria temprana afecta el resultado tardío
en los supervivientes hospitalarios. La presencia de un desgarro de la
íntima en el arco aórtico tiene un efecto negativo sobre la supervivencia
tardía.
