developing high throughput structural analysis capability
for proteins consisting of multiple disulfide bonds. As a pre-
liminary test, disulfide reduction in the microflow reactor
was online-coupled with reversed phase LC-MS. Disulfide
linkage analysis was successful for peptide digest of a model
protein. Detailed characterization of this system for bottom-
up protein analysis is currently undergoing and will be re-
ported separately.
