PYRIBUTICARB Uses

Pyributicarb (CAS NO. 88678-67-5) is a thio-carbamate herbicides, which has high herbicidal activityon annual grass weeds , especially in the bud or postgermination after application , has excellent effect on controlling in pyributicarb's growth.

PYRIBUTICARB Production

The reaction of 3-tert-butyl phenol and CSCl2 to generate chloro-thio-carboxylic acid 3 - tert-butyl phenyl acetate, which then reacts with sodium carbonate and 2,6-dichloro-pyridine, obtaining 2-methoxy-6-methylamine pyridine dissolved in ethanol, reflux, derived Pyributicarb (CAS NO. 88678-67-5).
