Used as imidazole fungicides. Pefurazoate (CAS NO.101903-30-4) is used to treat rice seed.
10g (0.033mmol) N-1-(1 - e -4 - propyl-ene-oxy)-N-Furfuryl-amino and 100mLDMF chloride dissolved in solution by adding 10g (0.15mol / L) imidazole and potassium carbonate 5g , at 70 ℃ reaction 1h, completion of the reaction by adding water, toluene extraction, the organic layer was concentrated, residue from toluene - n-hexane mixed solvent recrystallization.
