Preparation of Sodium perborate tetrahydrate. Firstly, solid sodium hydroxide is dissolved and mixed with borax. Then the mixture solution is filtered to remove insoluble substance after fully mixing. Secondly, magnesium silicate stabilizer and hydrogen peroxide are added for reaction at the temperatures not exceeding 35 °C. Finally, product is obtained by crystallization, centrifugation and drying.
