Dda helicase unwinds a DNA-PNA chimeric substrate: Evidence for an inchworm mechanism
Spurling, Travis L.,Eoff, Robert L.,Raney, Kevin D.
, p. 1816 - 1820 (2006)
Helicases are ubiquitous enzymes involved in all aspects of DNA metabolism including replication, repair, recombination, and transcription. The mechanism of the bacteriophage T4 Dda helicase was investigated by preparing a DNA-PNA chimeric substrate. Surp
COMPOUNDS AND THERAPEUTIC USES THEREOF
-
Page/Page column 62, (2020/05/19)
The invention relates to novel compounds with the ability to link an immune response to a defined therapeutic target, to the use of said compounds in treating cancer and infectious diseases, to compositions containing said compounds, processes for their preparation and to novel intermediates used in said process.
PRODRUGS COMPRISING AN EXENDIN LINKER CONJUGATE
-
Paragraph 0263; 0264, (2019/05/10)
The present invention relates to a prodrug or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof comprising an exendin linker conjugate D-L, wherein D represents an exendin moiety; and -L is a non-biologically active linker moiety -L 1 represented by formula (I), wherein the dashed line indicates the attachment to one of the amino groups of the exendin moiety by forming an amide bond. The invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising said prodrugs as well as their use as a medicament for treating or preventing diseases or disorders which can be treated by exendin.
