Production of an organosilicon compound having ketimine structure
-
Paragraph 0038-0047, (2019/08/27)
An organic silicon compound having a ketimine structure having good storage stability can be obtained by a production method that produces an organic silicon compound having a ketimine structure indicated by formula (1)(R1 and R2 each independently indicating a C1-10 alkyl group or a C6-10 aryl group, R3 and R4 each independently indicating a hydrogen atom, a C1-10 alkyl group, or a C6-10 aryl group, n indicating an integer of 1-3, and m indicating an integer of 1-12).The production method includes a step (I) and a step (II) and has a chlorine atom content relative to the organic silicon compound indicated by formula (1) of less than 0.1 mass ppm.Step (I): A step in which an amino group-containing silicon compound indicated by formula (2) and a carbonyl compound indicated by formula (3) are caused to react.(R1-R4, n, and m are as described above.)Step (II): A step in which the chlorine atom content is reduced.
Synthetic method of concealed silane
-
Paragraph 0008, (2016/10/20)
The invention relates to a synthetic method of concealed silane and belongs to the field of organic chemistry. The novel concealed silane is synthesized by methyl isobutyl ketone, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane and moisture scavenger tetraethyl orthocarbonate on the certain reaction condition. The quantitative anhydrous tetraethyl orthocarbonate is added in a reactor during the reaction to prevent hydrolysis of a target product and raw materials, the purpose of promoting the reaction to be carried out towards the positive reaction direction is achieved, generated ethyl alcohol is recycled on the normal pressure after the reaction is finished, the generated diethyl carbonate is directly distilled out under -0.05 Mpa, and then the novel concealed silane is distilled out under -0.098 Mpa. The novel concealed silane product prepared through the synthetic method has the advantages of being high in quality and good in stability, containing few impurities, and being simple in technology, small in pollution and easy to produce industrially.
