Usage

Description

Reactive Orange 13 is a red light orange dye in the form of an orange powder. It is soluble in water, with a solubility of 150 g/L at 20°C and 160 g/L at 50°C. When used on dyed fabric, the dye bath's color remains mostly unchanged in the presence of light iron ions (level 5), and it exhibits a light red darkening when it comes into contact with copper ions (level 2). The dye has better properties on white fabrics.

Uses

Used in Textile Industry:
Reactive Orange 13 is used as a dye for cotton, viscose, wool, nylon, and silk fabrics in dyeing and printing processes. It provides good light fastness, oxygen bleaching resistance, perspiration fastness, and soaping fastness, making it suitable for various textile applications.

Preparation

2-Aminonaphthalene-1,5-disulfonic acid diazo, and 4-Hydroxy-7-(methylamino)naphthalene-2-sulfonic acid coupling, product and 2,4,6-Trichloro-1,3,5-triazine condensation , and then use ammoniation ammonia.
