The invention discloses a bipolar micro-molecular main material suitable for solution processing and taking a heteronuclear fluorene unit as nucleus, a preparation method and an application thereof. The bipolar micro-molecular main material has excellent electronic and hole transferring properties, higher triplet state energy level and capability of balancing injection and transmission of carrier, so that more electrons and holes can be effectively compounded for generating exciton and the luminous efficiency of the device based on the bipolar micro-molecular main material can be further increased. The bipolar micro-molecular main material taking the heteronuclear fluorene unit as nucleus, provided by the invention, is prepared through Suzuki reaction. The bipolar micro-molecular main material has excellent solubility in an organic solvent, is suitable for solution processing and has wide application prospect in preparing electroluminescence devices.
