The invention discloses a preparation method for di(2-allyl)dialkoxy(or dichlone) silane and relates to the technical field of organic silicon monomer synthesis. The method includes: taking 3-bromopropene (or 3-chloropropene), tetraethoxysilane (or tetramethyl orthosilicate, tetrachloro-silicane) and magnesium as main raw materials, taking tetrahydrofuran, methyltetrahydrofuran, diethyl ester and toluene as solvents, and adopting Grignard substituted reaction. After the reaction is finished, the content of main product in reactant is higher than 80%. The draining method is adopted to directly steam for removing the solvents to obtain a crude product, the product with the purity higher than 99% is obtained after rectification, and the product yield is higher than 50%. The preparation method for di(2-allyl)dialkoxy(or dichlone) silane is high in product yield, simple in structure, energy-saving, environment-friendly, few in byproduct and low in production cost.
