(Chemical Equation Presented) Tetrabutylammonlum trlbromlde (TBATB) has been found to be a unique bromodeboronatlon reagent for organotrlf luoroborates. When compared to previously reported bromodeboronatlon methods, the mild and metal-free reaction conditions tolerate a wider range of functional groups.
