Vat Green 8 is an olive green, black powder that is insoluble in water, alcohol, and organic solvents. It is a dye that is mainly used for dyeing cotton fiber and is known for its good ironing fastness, chlorine bleach resistance, light fastness, oxygen bleach resistance, and soaping fastness.

Uses

Used in Textile Industry:
Vat Green 8 is used as a dye for cotton fiber, providing a vibrant olive green color. It is suitable for dyeing knitwear, yarn, cotton, and polyester/cotton blended fabrics. However, its effectiveness in printing is less.
Used in Color Matching:
Vat Green 8 can be used in combination with other colors such as grass green, khaki, and brilliant green FPB to achieve a desired shade or hue in the textile industry.
Standard:
