5(6)-(N-SUCCINIMIDYLOXYCARBONYL)-3',6',O,O'-DIACETYLFLUORESCEIN, also known as CFSE, is a non-fluorescent, cell-permeant amine-reactive probe used for long-term tracing of cells. It is an off-white to light yellow powder that, upon entering cells, covalently binds to intracellular molecules, allowing for the tracking of cell migration and proliferation.

Uses

Used in Cell Proliferation Studies:
