Typical members include those compounds derived from 2-methoxynicotinic acid, of which 1-(bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-5-en-2-yl-endomethyl)-3-{4-[2-(2-methoxynicotinamido)ethyl]-1-piperidinesulfonyl}urea is a most preferred embodiment.
