The invention relates to a 2-((4R,6S)-6-triphenylphosphoalkenylmethylene-2,2-disubstituted-1,3-dioxyhexacyclo-4-yl)acetate, and a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: reacting 3-halopropylene and triphenylphosphine to generate allyltriphenyl halophosphine, and directly reacting with 3,3-dialkoxypropionate or 3-alkoxyacrylate under the catalytic action of Lewis acid by a one-pot process to prepare the target compound. The stable form of the hexatomic ring chair-structure equatorial bond is utilized to construct the chiral center without using any additional chiral assistant. The method has the advantages of accessible raw materials and short reaction procedure. The product containing the triphenylphosphine structure is easy to crystallize and purify, can be directly used for preparing rosuvastatin calcium, and can also be used for preparing the open-ring compound (3R,5S)-6-triphenylphosphoalkenyl-3.5-dihydroxy hexanoate.
