4-[(2-Chloroethyl)ethylamino]-benzaldehyde is an organic compound that consists of a benzene ring with a formyl group and an aminoethyl group attached to it. The compound also contains a chlorine atom which is connected to one of the carbon atoms in the aminoethyl group. 4-[(2-Chloroethyl)ethylamino]-benzaldehyde is commonly used as an intermediate in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and other organic compounds. It can also be used as a reagent in chemical reactions, particularly in the formation of amine and aldehyde derivatives. 4-[(2-Chloroethyl)ethylamino]-benzaldehyde is also known by its chemical formula C10H12ClNO.
