This invention pertains generally to the field of G-quadruplex ligands, and more particularly, to certain 10H-benzo[g]pteridine-2,4-dione compounds ("BPD compounds"), as described herein, which, inter alia, (selectively) bind (and stabilize) G-quadruplexes.
