The invention discloses a method for preparing 3', 5'-cyclic adenosine monophosphate salt, which includes the following steps: adding 3', 5'-cyclic adenosine monophosphate and water to prepare a 3', 5'-cyclic adenosine monophosphate suspension, adding strong alkali or strong alkali weak acid salt or metal oxide under stirring, and adjusting the pH value; filtering, taking a clear liquid, adding activated carbon, and stirring; decarbonizing, degerming and filtering to remove insoluble substances to obtain a reaction liquid; and crystallizing from the reaction liquid, collecting crystallized crystals, drying, pulverizing, sieving, and mixing to obtain the product.
