PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new microorganism having high hydrolytic activity to a crystalline cellulose, a method for producing the microorganism and a method for producing a cellulase having high hydrolytic activity to crystalline cellulose by using the microorganism. ?SOLUTION: The invention relates to Trichoderma reesei having high hydrolytic activity to crystalline cellulose, a method for producing the Trichoderma reesei by preparing a dry green-colored mature conidium from a mold having cellulose decomposing activity, preparing a swollen conidium from the dry conidium, preparing a swollen conidium having a higher order autoploidic nucleus from the swollen conidium, preparing a swollen conidium having a plurality of genetic recombinant nuclei from the above conidium and selecting a microorganism having high hydrolytic activity to crystalline cellulose from the recombinant conidium by using a selection substrate, and a method for producing the cellulase having high hydrolytic activity to crystalline cellulose comprising the culture of Trichoderma reesei, the filtration of the culture liquid and the collection of the cellulase from the filtrate. ?COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPOandNCIPI ?
