Usage

Description

JANUS BLACK is a versatile dye that exhibits different colors depending on the solvent it is dissolved in. It appears green when dissolved in water and light blue when dissolved in ethanol. The dye also reacts with strong sulfuric acid, turning green, and with diluted sulfuric acid, turning purple, and forming a green precipitate. When mixed with a dye solution and hydrochloric acid, a soluble green precipitate is generated. Additionally, when mixed with a strong sodium hydroxide solution, a red precipitate is formed.
