General Description
Carbonic dihydrazide, 2,2'-bis(aminocarbonyl)- is a chemical compound with the molecular formula C2H8N6O2. It is a white crystalline solid with a molecular weight of 132.12 g/mol. Carbonic dihydrazide,2,2'-bis(aminocarbonyl)- is also known by the trade name Desmodur RE and is used as a cross-linker and curing agent in the production of polyurethane coatings and adhesives. It is also used in the synthesis of pharmaceuticals and as an intermediate in the production of other chemical compounds.
